KAIZEN KNIVES

A knife you're proud to use and

to share the story of.

The craftsman, the process,

the materials — no compromise.

From the forge

I forge kitchen knives by hand in Montreal, working in small batches and focusing on form, balance, and use.

Each piece begins at the forge and is shaped through a direct, physical process — steel, heat, hammer and repetition — guided by intention.

These knives are built for daily use, to feel right in the hand, to work naturally in the kitchen, and to evolve over time through use, care, and sharpening.

The knives

Each piece is forged and shaped by hand, through attention to balance, feel, and everyday use.

Handles crafted from recycled wood — each with its own grain, its own story.

Some knives are part of small-batch series. Others are one-off or limited pieces.

All are built to be used regularly, maintained easily, and to develop character through years of cooking.

These knives are meant to be used daily.

Here is what owners notice once they become part of their kitchens.
