All products made by Kaizen Knives are unique, handmade pieces. This means they are sold “as-is” and “with all faults”.

By purchasing a knife from Kaizen Knives, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to make such a purchase. Kaizen Knives is not responsible should you cause harm to yourself or others, accidentally or otherwise. Kaizen Knives assumes no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to obey all applicable local, provincial, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. Agreement to purchase a Kaizen Knives knife thereby releases and holds harmless Kaizen Knives, and Morgan Allemand from all claims and causes of actions related to Kaizen Knives knives and the use thereof.
