You have always wanted to make your own kitchen knife? You have a specific project in mind you want to see come to life?

We now offer you the possibility to learn how to make your own knife and go through the process yourself, under full supervision and guidance.

The format can either be private or semi private (maximum of 2 participants).

We first have a call to establish your goals and expectations, covering the following:

​

- feasibility of the project

- skills you want to focus on (forging, grinding, handle making, sharpening, etc.)

- technics and approach (monosteel, san mai)

- your budget

The cost for private is 700$+tx per day.

The cost for semi-private is 500$+tx per day per person.

This includes the materials, fuel, abrasives, space rental and access to all machinery we need for the accomplishment of the project.

Following, the call, I will make you a proposition with the amount of time required for your project (typically 1 to 3 days). Then we book a date and get ready to jump in a crazy ride of knife making together.
